Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide at sign-up is accurate and that you are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service uses credits to generate AI images (one credit per generation). New accounts receive a limited, one-time grant of free credits. The community image library is free for everyone to browse, use, and download.

• Free accounts:images you download include a small “scripturecanvas.app” watermark. This applies to every image you download, including ones you created yourself.
• Supporter subscription (optional, monthly):the “Supporter” plan removes watermarks from everything you download and includes a monthly allowance of 20 AI generations. Supporter benefits apply only while the subscription is active.
• Monthly generations do not roll over. Your 20 AI generations reset to 20 at the start of each billing cycle (on your subscription renewal date). Any unused generations from the previous month are forfeited and do not carry over or accumulate.
• There are no generation top-ups, credit packs, or per-image watermark-removal purchases. The Supporter plan includes a fixed 20 generations per month.

Prices are shown on the site and may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment-card details. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; you may cancel anytime and will retain Supporter benefits through the end of the current billing period.

AI image generation is inherently unpredictable. Each generation consumes credits at the moment it is requested, whether or not you are satisfied with the result. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Credits spent on a generation are non-refundable, including when you do not like, do not use, or disagree with the produced image.
• We do not provide free re-renders, do-overs, reversals, or credit refunds for results that do not meet your expectations.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable law.
• If a generation fails due to a clear technical error on our side (for example, the system returns no image at all), the credit for that specific failed attempt will be returned automatically.

By generating, uploading, saving, or otherwise creating any image or content through the Service (“Content”), you grant Scripture Canvas and Road to Jesus Ministry a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly display, distribute, and make that Content available to others. In particular:

• Content you create may be added to our public community library and made available for any other user to view, use, download, and share, including for their own personal or commercial purposes, without compensation to you.
• You will not receive any payment, royalty, or credit for Content that is used by us or by other users.
• You represent that any text you add (such as a verse or reference) and any description you provide does not infringe the rights of others and is not unlawful.
• We may remove, hide, or moderate any Content at our sole discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in Content you create through the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any generation will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Scripture Canvas offers physical printed products — including posters, framed prints, canvas prints, and greeting cards (“Printed Products”) — featuring designs available through the Service, including designs from the public community library created by you or by other users.

• Who can be printed.Consistent with Section 4, any design in the public community library may be ordered as a Printed Product by any user, for personal or commercial purposes, with no payment, royalty, or credit owed to the design’s creator. By creating and publishing Content, you agree it may be sold and printed as a Printed Product on these terms.
• Fulfillment by a third party.Printed Products are produced and shipped by an independent third-party print-on-demand provider. By placing an order you authorize us to share the information needed to fulfill it — including your selected design, shipping name and address, email address, and order details — with that provider. Production times, available sizes, and shipping costs vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Payment. Payments for Printed Products are processed by Stripe. The price, any applicable shipping fees, and any taxes are displayed before you confirm your order. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• Supporter discount. Active Supporter subscribers receive a 25% discount on all Printed Products. The discount applies only while your Supporter subscription is active and is reflected in the price shown at checkout. Canceling your subscription before an order ships does not retroactively affect that order.
• Made to order — returns and refunds. Printed Products are custom-made specifically for each order and cannot be restocked or resold. Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a Printed Product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us at roadtojesusministry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, arrange a reprint or a full refund of the product price. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information you provide, by carrier delays or losses after handoff, or by your change of mind after placing the order.
• Gift orders.You may ship a Printed Product to a recipient other than yourself. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s address and for having any necessary consent to send them an item. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you are not eligible for reprints or refunds.
• Color and appearance. Printed colors, contrast, and finish may differ slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in display calibration, paper stock, and print technology. Minor color variation is a normal characteristic of print production and does not constitute a defect.
• Print quality. Your design is automatically upscaled to print resolution before fulfillment. While we apply quality enhancement, results depend on the resolution of the original design. Ordering a very large format from a low-resolution source image may produce a softer result; this is not a defect.
• Availability. We may add, change, discontinue, or temporarily suspend any Printed Product, size, frame color, or other option at any time and without liability to you. If a product option becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
• Content responsibility. You are responsible for any text, verse, or reference included in the design you order. You may not order Printed Products that infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, or that are unlawful, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion and issue a full refund if we determine the content violates these Terms or applicable law.
